Before there was a foundation or a single comfort bag, there was my dad, Glen Adnam. He was the kind of person who would give someone the shirt off his back without expecting anything in return.
Why This Matters
When cancer took him from us in 2019, life changed. Grief became part of ordinary days, family milestones and moments when I wished I could hear his voice again.
The Heart Behind It
Through my Cancer Thrivers photography work, I met people whose stories stayed with me. Later, during a difficult hospitalization in my fourth pregnancy, I thought about creating something lasting in his name.
Moving Forward
The foundation is not about recognition. It is about continuing the way Dad treated people—with generosity, dignity and care.
