You Are Not Alone
The Glen Adnam Cancer Comfort Basket Foundation brings warmth, comfort, and care to cancer warriors and their families across Southeast Saskatchewan.
Our Mission & Purpose
Bringing Comfort, Dignity & Encouragement
Our mission is to bring comfort, dignity and encouragement to individuals and families affected by cancer throughout Saskatchewan. Our purpose is to relieve conditions associated with cancer by providing children and adults undergoing or recovering from treatment with non-medical comfort items and practical aids. We also support caregivers and family members with comfort items and resources that promote their well-being and assist them in their caregiving roles.
Through thoughtfully prepared adult, pediatric and caregiver baskets, we want every recipient to feel supported, remembered and reminded that they do not have to face cancer alone.

Our Story
Built on Love, Loss & Purpose
The Glen Adnam Cancer Comfort Basket Foundation was born from heartbreak and love. When Kennedy Tessier watched her father Glen fight cancer with courage and grace, she saw firsthand how isolating and overwhelming a diagnosis can be — not just for the patient, but for the whole family. She also saw how much one kind gesture, one thoughtful package, one sign of “you’re not alone” could mean on the hardest days.
Glen passed away, but his spirit didn’t. This foundation is Kennedy’s way of carrying his warmth forward — one comfort basket at a time.

What We Do
We create thoughtful, personalized comfort baskets for cancer patients, caregivers, and families. Each basket is filled with practical support and heartfelt care — the kind of things that say “we see you, we’re with you, and you matter.”
We serve cancer warriors at every stage of their journey — from newly diagnosed to long-term treatment, palliative care, and beyond. No one should face this road feeling forgotten.
