Glen’s Colour of Courage 5K

About the Event

Glen’s Colour of Courage 5K is more than a colour run — it is a celebration of courage, remembrance and hope.

Participants will make their way through a colourful 5K course while helping the Glen Adnam Cancer Comfort Basket Foundation continue its mission of bringing comfort, dignity and encouragement to individuals and families affected by cancer. The event is being planned for approximately 500 participants and will include colour stations, music, community partners, family-friendly activities and food vendors.

You do not need to be an experienced runner to participate. Walk, jog or run at your own pace. Families, children, teams, businesses and individuals of all abilities are welcome.

Why We Walk

The Glen Adnam Cancer Comfort Basket Foundation was created in loving memory of Glen Adnam.

Glen’s legacy continues through every basket delivered, every family supported and every act of kindness inspired by his memory.

Funds raised through Glen’s Colour of Courage 5K will help the Foundation:

• Prepare adult, pediatric and caregiver comfort baskets
• Purchase practical and non-medical comfort items
• Support individuals and families affected by cancer
• Deliver baskets to communities throughout Saskatchewan
• Expand the Foundation’s reach so more people feel supported during treatment and recovery

Every registration, donation and sponsorship helps us place comfort directly into the hands of someone who needs it.

Participants can look forward to:

• A family-friendly 5K walk and run

• Photography and videography volunteer positions

Gather your family, friends, coworkers or community group and participate together.

Teams can walk in honour or memory of someone affected by cancer, represent a local organization or simply come together to support a meaningful Saskatchewan cause.

Donations made through the event will help the Glen Adnam Cancer Comfort Basket Foundation prepare and deliver thoughtfully created comfort baskets to individuals and families affected by cancer.
