Journals are such a meaningful addition to our comfort baskets. For those navigating a cancer diagnosis — and for their loved ones — having a space to write down thoughts, emotions, fears, and hopes can be a quiet but powerful source of healing. Sometimes the words that are hardest to say out loud flow a little more freely on paper.

These 100 journals and pens will go directly into baskets for individuals and families affected by cancer throughout Saskatchewan, giving them a personal space to process, reflect, and find strength during an incredibly difficult time. 🧺❤️
